Summary

This research examines the evolution of Moroccan documentary film through the experience of the Amouddou programme, focusing on the transformations in its visual and sound identity, narrative construction, and transition to the digital environment. It analyses episodes representing different stages in the programme’s history, including “Khabaya Win Timdouine”, “Lower Loukkos Basin” and “The World of Nomadic Herders”, in order to trace the development of documentary style, image, identity and visual language in Amouddou.
