The ultimate goal of the Marchica development program and the advancement of the city and the region in general, is to make Nador a locomotive for development in the eastern part of the Maghreb, whose projects contribute to the economic and social development of the region, enhance its attractiveness and enable it to open up more to its regional and international surroundings.
