- Oued Ed-Dahab to Kouira - inspired by the desert
Broadcast date May 02, 2008
Amodu continues to travel across the valley of Eddahab Al-Ghauira, to reach the "Ege" region, where one of the distinguished sheikhs chose to establish a zawiya... for mysticism, worship, and indoctrination in matters of religion.
Then to Safiya, where herds of Dorcas gazelles are still living free in the middle of a dry arid space.
To end up in the “Al-Amili” marsh: a low basin, the surface of which was covered by water, but due to the heat, it was subjected to evaporation, leaving behind a group of lakes, salts were deposited in the middle and on its sides, giving different shapes and statues.
An interesting journey that takes us far away to the desert, to discover how the colors change on its surface during the daylight hours, and how the rays of the sunset turn its golden-colored soil to dust, its sun sinking beyond the horizon and darkness infiltrating thin filaments through redness.
