The Atlas predators have remained out of sight for nearly a century now.
The bells of their extinction rang in the 1920s, marking their complete disappearance from Morocco's wilderness. All that remains is a faint memory of these vanished predators in the minds of a few.
From our perspective as the Amouddou documentary team, we never thought we would find ourselves engaged in such a pursuit—chasing a phantom akin to a witch hunt.
The setup of the cameras and the attempt to solve this perplexing mystery took place amidst a snowy storm. Many possibilities remain on the table, and we must delve deeper, venturing further into the Eastern High Atlas mountain ranges, reaching their most remote points.
