This protection regulates the relationship between human activity and vital sites, especially the activities of those who live in or around them and who benefit from its multiple natural resources.

 At the same time, the parks seek to achieve local development through the development of integrated projects and programs that seek rational and sustainable management of the resources of these natural areas. The National Park of Al Hoceima is a model for this.
